Naturally integrated into a magnificent plot of 8,000 m2, villa M has an exceptional view of the neighboring Greek islets, the magnificent sunsets of the Aegean Sea and you can enjoy the beach 30 m away and its pontoon.
South west facing with 7 bedrooms and numerous terraces, the 300 m2 villa with refined decoration is perfectly suited for 16 people.
On the main terrace, you can enjoy a pool and a seawater swimming pool.
A soothing and warm atmosphere, refined decoration, everything is there!
A clever mix of comfort, discreet luxury and Zen atmosphere, you will feel at home at Villa “M”!
The beach
From villa “M”, you have direct access to the beach located 30m away.
You have a large pergola with several sofas, a kitchen, a dining room and numerous deckchairs by the water!
Available daily: kayak, paddle, sailboat, Laser 4.20 and Optimist 2.40, water skiing
The private pontoon allows you to go on a zodiac around the island!
The rooms
The 7 rooms are independent and all have a terrace.
Around the main body of the house, each room has air conditioning, hi-fi equipment, bathroom and independent WC.
Not overlooked and with a breathtaking view, the environment of each room is breathtaking.
Your activities
You have many facilities for water activities: kayaks, water skis, diving, masks and fins…
And mountain bikes to discover the world-famous hiking trails!
For hire: Zodiac 7.70m and sailing boats (Laser 4.20 and Optimist 2.40)
The island
Located in the Dodecanese archipelago between Patmos and Leros, Lipsi is an authentic Greek island, totally preserved.
It offers a very limited hotel accommodation capacity, to the delight of the inhabitants and the few tourists…
A magical island to discover with many sandy beaches and hiking trails very popular with walkers.
800 inhabitants live on the island all year round, mainly in the village.
There are many restaurants of very good quality, some stores and businesses.
In the village you will find all the stores for food :
- Bakery (the most famous in the Dodecanese, open 24 hours a day!)
- Butchery and fish shop in the center
- Vegetables and fruit from the local farm (500m from the house)
- Grocery stores often open until 11pm (free delivery)
