Naturally built on a magnificent 8,000 m² plot, Villa M blends wonderfully into the magnificent natural setting of Lipsi and offers dazzling views of the neighboring Greek islands.
The 300 m² villa faces southwest. Its 7 bedrooms, perfectly suited for 14 people, have been decorated in keeping with the setting. They offer numerous terraces.
You can enjoy numerous terraces.
Villa M offers a unique and superb horizon all around it, facing south and west!
The sun is always shining, and the house has numerous pergolas to enjoy the shade!
Benefits included and free in the rental for your active leisure activities: a large pickup truck, 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 5 mountain bikes, water skis, and a wakeboard.

The rooms
The villa’s 7 independent bedrooms each have a beautiful, large terrace.
With breathtaking sea views!
Each bedroom has air conditioning, a bathroom with a separate toilet, hi-fi equipment, and Wi-Fi.
The beach
From villa “M” you have access to the beaches located 30m away.
On the beachfront, you’ll find a living room with a large pergola, several sofas, a kitchen, a dining room, and plenty of deckchairs!
Available daily: kayaks, paddleboards, a Laser 4.20 sailboat, an Optimist 2.40 sailboat, water skis, and wakeboards.
The pontoon gives you access to a Zodiac to sail around Lipsi Island!
Your activities
A wide range of equipment is available for water activities: kayaks, water skis, masks, snorkels, diving boots, and fins.
Mountain bikes allow you to explore the island’s many hiking trails, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The island
Located in the Dodecanese archipelago, Lipsi is a little-known and completely unspoiled authentic Greek island between Patmos and Leros.
Fun and great happiness:
There are only 700 year-round residents on the island and very few tourists. It has managed to preserve its authenticity and magic.
A magical island to discover with numerous beaches and trails popular with hikers.
In the village, you will find all the necessary grocery stores:
- Bakery (the most famous in the Dodecanese, open 24 hours a day!)
- Butchery and fish shop in the center
- Vegetables and fruit from the local farm (500m from the house)
- Grocery stores often open until 11pm (free delivery)

Platis Gialos beach
Just a short drive from Villa M, Platis Gialos is a lovely, peaceful beach with a restaurant. It’s a secluded spot, with no waves and sheltered from the wind.
Platis Gialos is one of Lipsi’s most popular beaches, prized for its light-colored sand and shallow waters.
Ideal for swimming with family or friends! It offers plenty of space for everyone to find their own rhythm, whether reading in the shade or enjoying an early morning swim. Easily accessible and never overcrowded.
Katsadia beach
Highly regarded for its friendly atmosphere, Katsadia Beach is easily accessible from Lipsi Villa M. If you like, it’s a 600m swim!
A very pleasant beach with calm waters and sheltered from the wind, it also boasts a great restaurant.
This beach harmoniously combines light sand, crystal-clear waters, and discreet seaside tavernas. Perfect for a full day out, it’s very pleasant with its sandy shoreline, ideal for swimming, and south-facing!
Chochlakoura beach
A pleasant beach with calm waters and sheltered from the wind: light-colored rocks, a deep blue sea, and soothing silence. It’s a great spot for groups who occasionally want to swim away from the villa!
Panagia of Haros Church
This spiritual and cultural site, surrounded by a serene landscape, offers a contemplative retreat accessible in just a few minutes from the house.
An ideal visit is at the end of the day, when the golden light enhances the scene and invites tranquility.
Port of Lipsi
Its lively harbor, seaside tavernas, and sunlit alleyways invite you to wander from morning till night.
Here, you’ll discover an authentic Greece, elegant without being ostentatious, where time seems to slow down. After dinner overlooking the boats, the return to Villa Sun is easy, in the calm and cool evening air.
In the evening, the atmosphere becomes particularly pleasant for groups: everyone can enjoy themselves at their own pace before easily returning to Villa M, without any logistical hassles.
